Article I: Purpose of the Accordat
Section 1: What is the Accordat?
The Accordat is an ever-binding constitution gracing the sovereignty of the Noble Tyramin Empire of Gregalion for all perpetuity, with no respect to any living or dead person and under the rightful divination of the One True God.
The Accordat shall, by no means, modify itself, excepting in extreme or circumstantial situations, by unrecognized powers to nullify, repeal, or make changes to this Constitution without proper approval of the majority of the Commonality and the unanimous decision of the High Council.
The Accordat shall be recognized as such: the official ratification of the Impericracy and representative of the Noble Tyramin Empire’s governmental body politic. It shall respect no authority under law and requires that all Tyramin obey the Accordat dutifully.
Section 2: Powers of the Accordat
It shall grant itself the power to establish, create, govern, and rule the Empire with appointed governmental authorities in place. It shall not grant the Impericrat and authorities in place the powers accorded the Accordat as above the law. All are under the law and as such, the Accordat respects no person.
It shall grant itself a perpetual continuity, from which law shall be created by the body politic of the Impericracy, to lawfully govern and rule all her worlds. The Accordat cannot be dissolved without the personal unanimous writ of the peoples and as such remains ever more in perpetuity.
It shall grant itself the power to refuse victricide of any kind, and will not grant any other sovereign power to rule Gregalion and her worlds through a modified Accordat, created and ratified by occupying powers. There shall be no other Accordat, other than this official document.
